Adobe Acrobat is program which can convert many document formats to .pdf. We strongly recommend that you obtain Acrobat and use it to send us .pdf files. However, if this is genuinely impossible, send us the file in your format and we will work hard to convert it (at least at first).

Each author has slightly a different computing environment. In case of technical difficulties, Haptics-e will work with the author to guarantee a quick and accurate submittal of your paper. In the case of extreme technical difficulties, we will accept a hard copy and scan it.
